Alchimia is a small contemporary jewelry school in Florence, Italy.
I did a summer course there a few summers ago and recommend it to anyone
wanting a change of scenery or new influences. I had an amazing experience
there and saw an exhibition of work from the year round students. It was very
interesting work and display. The whole experience changed and influenced my
artwork greatly. The below image from the Alchimia website is a piece that I saw
while I was there. I really enjoy the material exploration coming from there,
and the new work coming out is always unique.
